CAPTURE is an Artificial Intelligence-based tool that makes use of a novel anti-cancer peptide sequence encoder and a deep booster classifier to more precisely and accurately predict not only anticancer peptide's class and also able to predict its functional the only using raw peptide sequences. CAPTURE significantly outperforms state-of-the-art anticancer peptide predictors on 8 benchmark datasets related to anticancer peptides in k-fold cross-validation and independent test sets based on the evaluation. CAPTURE web interface enables the user to perform multi-dimensional analysis of peptides sequences, training and optimizing the machine learning model from scratch, using pre-trained models of different species to make inferences on new sequences, and download interactive artifacts during the lifetime of the session.
